RETURN POLICY:
HireUp™
will not accept returns of opened packages unless defective. Items that are defective
may be exchanged for the same item only (does not include mishandling or normal
wear and tear).

Personnel Assessment Tool was devised as a result of common sense approaches to
the pre-employment selection process. The Personnel Assessment Tool should not
be used, and is not intended or designed to be used, to discriminate because of

The purchaser is expected to consult with competent counsel to assist in determining
whether or not the Personnel Assessment Tool is appropriate for pre-employment
or other purposes, whether or not it is applicable to the particular job involved
and whether or not validation is necessary or appropriate. The Personnel Assessment
Tool should not be used until proper coordination has been made with appropriate
and competent counsel. Seller makes no warranty to the purchaser or any party
as to fitness for use in the specific job application.
